A street performer of sorts, Latimer is a near prodigy of the violin. Unfortunately, he's never had the money to attend any sort of school for music and is mainly self-taught. For this reason, as well as an extreme sentimental value, his violin is his most prized possession. It's his art, his memento, and his life. Come hell, high water, or even zombies, he will not abandon it.

While he's incredibly skilled with the violin, he's not so skilled with people. He's awkward, distant, and often downright rude around and towards them. Having quite the high IQ, he's pretty quickly aggravated with slower people and will sometimes let them know it in the most blatant of ways. With that said, he for obvious reasons doesn't have many-- or any-- friends in The City.

Terrible as he may seem, he's a fairly decent guy though. He'll donate money to charity in the change bin-- but only if no one's looking. He'll help someone, but then brush it off by making it seem like it was in his own self interest. I suppose you could say he has issues letting others near him-- or even letting others to realize he's not a complete arse.
